He also said in one of his tweets that leaves will finally disappear when u chop the tree, which will be in the next update, presumably this coming update.
I just noticed notch has 1000 wood blocks and inf water and lava in his inventory meaning he cheats and we will get lava dynamic too?

Ofcourse he cheats, or make like edits his own game for debugging/testing purpose. Don't really know if there will be dynamic lava, but I think they kind of works together, just that lava is slowed down so yeah, I think it'll be there.

He has to cheat to test things. It's not like you can just pick up a water block.
Also dynamic lava is kind of dumb because it's exclusively at the bottom of the map and nowhere else.

But when caves arrives with magma in them, I see a reason for dynamic lava.
Like digging into a lava pool and then flee for the lava stream :v:

This might be late but I didn't see anyone else post this but, does anyone notice the big lake part of the water? It is slightly lower then the surrounding blocks, meaning the whole lake decreases when water flows out? Thats fucking awesome, I wonder how he did it.
