do they appear in infdev?
So right now, I've chosen a spot to mine diamond, and I must say, it's coming along rather well.
I've made a barrier in a pond to keep the water out, and I've set up an entire mine shaft near the bottom.
It's also small enough that I don't have to worry about mobs spawning in it, and it's well lit from the sky and some torches. What could possibly go wrong?

Anyone know how to get the infdev fullscreen working? I have greasemonkey already i don't know where a working fullscreen addon is though.

I just lost three whole fucking hours of work.
I was removing two hills from behind my castle in order to make room for a small town with a protective wall.
I was just finishing up removing the hills when all of a sudden my screen goes black. When it comes back Firefox is frozen.
Two hills. Two entire hills. Completely removed. I dug off all of the dirt and painstakingly mined away all of the stone over the course of about five in-game days, and now it's all fucking back.
Forget making a town now. I'll just go find a flatter surface far from my base. I thought infdev autosaved?

Yeah I've seen a couple. They are rare. Coal can be external too, its not as rare.
How the hell does cartographer work? I pick my map but after that it just fucks up and quits working.

It occasionally does, but you shouldn't depend on it.

I'm in infdev. I have all my diamonds on me, with all of my important things in my inventory, including 3 buckets of lava. I accidentally right click with a lava bucket, fill my house with lava, killing me, and destroying all pieces of diamond ever gathered.
Fuck my life. :l
well. my saves have been corrupted somehow. both my worlds are gone. i'm sure it's not the update, but idk. it was probably that sudden power outage.
For the most part you'll have a hard time making that fill besides tricking it, by placing water over it then deleting the overflow.

That'll do it. here's a tip, try playing on the slots that your saves were in. one time my cat hit the off switch while i was playing, i turned my pc back on and when to infdev only to find my save "gone" but i tried playing on that world again and i found my base again. It was weird, but you should try it

You can get them back, just go into the options menu and change the graphics mode from fancy to fast.
I love the new clouds. It's so much more dramatic when you're building high up in a haze of clouds with deadly falls on either side - when you finally break through the cloud layer and get an amazing view.

I have been working on this for the past few days (it was alot easier before water physics were implimented which is when I got most of my work done.) It is my own underwater city based heavily off of Rapture from Bioshock. It is still a work in progress, which is why the lighthouse is an ugly block of cobblestone and the floors and a few walls are still mud, but right now it has a lobby, an apartment building, My personal apartment, 3 "metro" stations allowing you to exit into the water, a mine, a monster-fighting area, airlocks on every doorway, and I am trying to figure out how to grow trees down here so I wont have to leave to get wood, so If anyone knows how please let me know. Also, where on my computer (default) does it save all the necessary files for my map? I want to back it up because of the upcoming change in save formats so I can continue after the save update.

My lava beacon, which goes from the top of the world to the core of my home. I can see it from my spawn point. Also, the hole that the lava goes through was generated that way funnily enough.
