since the update I get a constant 100-150 block updates and FPS is from near constant 120 to 30

I swam out into the ocean and kept on doing it for about 20 minutes, no land. To the right of my eye i see some land, i swim over and finally get there. When i do, it's a mirror image of my old island (only part of it) with a crafting table stuck on it >_>

i hope so... but if i choose he shoudl fix the ocean cave shit, caves are under water, dry, and when you mine 1 block it starts flooding, that's seriously fucked up.
and the game sliced a mountain for me to look inside some caves, i see 2 big and 3 small from my spawn location (and another sliced mountain)

2 Yes, it is called creative mode.

For the free building, there's Creative mode, which is currently free.

In Multiplayer, we'll need an aquaduct transport system, to provide water throughout the land. They can also transport items to different parts of the city... If they're picked up and dropped every five minutes or so.
