So I plan on loading up with some building supplies, food, armor, and weapons and taking off from my base. Hahaha... Invisible Lava... Okay, so... I hated losing my base when I died, so I started mining, and I built a large rectangle. A VERY LARGE RECTANGLE. It's over 100 blocks tall, and it's 4x4. Very noticeable from the spawn.

I like the new caves, and now I see how this new water works well. However, some changes would be nice.. Particularily ore amounts. There's too much iron and coal, and too little diamond. Some bigger, more lofty caves would also be a very cool thing, with it's own little ecosystem of mushrooms and streams of your liquid of choice.

Diamond is supposed to be extremely rare. The ore amounts are fine, I could never even find iron and even after the update I have trouble finding it. Coal amounts are supposed to be large, after all it's the most necessary ore in Minecraft.

There needs to be an easier way of obtaining gunpowder without getting one shotted or blown down a cliff, sulphur or something near magma

firstly: FUCK! the new water system somehow made my mouse stop working, and i had to do a reboot to get it working again. Secondly: V14 - Quit bitching and go with the flow.

I just realized what a pain caves could be. Just imagine a cave with a pool of lava, and you digging a tunnel one block below it.
