Missing one deadline when you're doing 90% of the work in your section is not a good reason to dump someone, though. Hell, I doubt he even missed the deadline, honestly.

Even with a GDC and a PAX around the corner, I'm sure they still have it complete enough to show off (which is apparently true, despite, ironically, some of the team being fired beforehand). And firing someone who's carried a lot of the workload because they're a bit slow is inexcusable, you gotta schedule around your development, not the other way around. If Valve followed this guy's philosophy, there'd be no Valve.

I went on his YouTube channel last night (DPraz34), and there were several comments there saying that he was a joke, and even criticizing the game as well (based on the footage provided). I went on just now, to see all of those removed (except for two comments backing him up). This guy is obviously trying to cover something up. As of now, I don't like him. There's something fishy about him, and I know for a fact that Sn1pe is trustworthy.
