The version I linked to a few posts up is only a few days old. About construction, I was thinking that for some low cost buildings (torches, fences, ect), if you had all of the resources on you when you start the construction, they would build instantly.

The discussion is over, the best ideas were:
multiple cooking outcomes, (ie; well cooked meat, badly cooked meat, ect)
gates,
sheltered fires,
tropical storms,
stone storages holds minerals,
stalking lions,
storage\log sled,
desalination,
less-bite-happy-lions,
more damage per second for bleeding on hard,
travel to random maps,
climbing trees,
fill glass bottles by dropping them outside in rain,
temperature needs to be regulated,
traps,
chopping down trees first (they leave stumps),
mountain maps only spawn evergreen trees,
carving into objects (they are green if they can be modified, ie; rock into water rock)
These ideas will be implemented into Massive Mod, eventually.

Either by digging (you need a certain skill level) or by building a herb patch, i can't think of any easier ways.

the issue that i have with the massive mod is after instalation the ground is black. does anyone know how to fix it to turn it back to the grass skin?
Quick question for y'all. I can't seem to get anything planted. Been trying for days with grain seeds and various fruits. I take them in hand, then click the ground but get the "Did you expect that to work" message. What step am I missing here. Tried planting them in my garden, tried using both the shovel and the spade and nada. HELP!?!

Nevermind, I got a reply from another forum. The answer was, you need to have them in your hand, then press "E", to plant them.

Next question concerns cooking. Is there a better way to bake bread that doesnt end up with most of it under the wood grill? 3/4 of the bread I make either lands under the grill when I toss it, or falls thru the grill once it cooks.
