I like how the shotgun reloading animations, tank hud, stabbing animations, and other things are all from BFBC2.

After watching that I must agree with everyone else and say it looks like MW2 with BFBC2 graphics. I'll put it this way; unless the game has amazing mechanics that make it feel better to play than MW2 or BFBC2, then I really have no reason to play this over one of the other online modern warfare shooters, from what I can see there are literally no features that make this superior to BF or MW.

Honestly, how many ways can you make shooting terrorists in a desert look different? What do you want them to do, put the iron sights on the bottom of the gun because MW2 has them on top?

[/b] On a serious note, I agree. I can imagine EA wants a slice of the MW2 market, but I think they've made it a bit too much like it.

To be honest this totally looks like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Similiar interface and animations, guns look nearly the same. Still they could have worked on a different concept instead of the overused COD pattern. Well that means more money for them because of every stupid kid who buys the game. Medal of Honor Pacific Assault was decent and somewhat different then most shooters, really innovative and well designed. Hope this won't be the case, but well just look at it it's a graphical overhaul for Call of Duty.

we'll find out if it is like that fish we all hate on the 17th.

Ah shit I've misread that, they made Battlefield. Dice is a good company, because of their rather innovative squad based teamplay multiplayer games. But this game has really big similiarities to COD: MW. But you can't judge a game because of a small trailer. Well Call of Duty made quite a name out of themselves since Modern Warfare , literally every game kiddy plays it. Still this trailer was decent.

Very true, but from what we saw during the gameplay trailers and live gameplay, it's looking awesome. 1: Not needing to unload a whole clip into someone to kill them. 2: Grenade launchers not instantly killing anyone within a huge radius of the blast. 3: Constant action, fast pace and great ambient effects (sound and visual). 4: Body-shots while sniping kills in one hit, it seems. 5: Good looking weapons and models.

I'm glad BC2 owners get early access. Oh, you have to preorder it, too. Gay.

This would probably be an instant pre-order for me if it weren't for the BFBC:2 similarities. For whatever reason I wasn't a big fan of that game.

I personally think it looks great. It's like it took the best things about both BC2 and MW2 and this is what came out. Excited for Thursday.

The game looks awesome, and it had the one good Linkin Park song. Looking forward to this.
