Another Steam Holiday sale - Games

So in GTA IV the crime and punishment mission wouldn't load, it'd get stuck at the loading screen and do nothing. I verified the cache and now I have to download 1.3 GBs. :saddowns: I've spent enough time downloading it already...

Do people still play Frontline: FOW? and is it good? It was included in the THQ pack and I was thinking of giving it a go, but I don't want to wait 12+ hours ( Thanks Steam ) to download it and end up playing by myself or not have any fun at all.

Yay I'm the proud owner of the id Super Pack and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. I actually bought most of these games to collect them. I probably won't play Quake much, I'll try to play through the single player though.

I'm waiting for Dragon Age to go cheap, as well as DiRT 2 and Tropico 3. They're the only things I really want to get now, unless something else comes up.

famasfan gave me unreal deal pack in return for the KF guest pass I gave him. Awesome, more games.

The special downloadable edition with some free stuff and apparently some expansion packs. I bought it. :smug: EAStore also has -30% sale for today.

Do you guys think Red Faction: Guerilla's price will drop any further or should I just buy it for £17.49?

Also, is someone else getting an Error Code 51 when trying to start the LucasArts games? Haven't tested if it gives it with other games too.

Is there any way to get proper anti analising in GTAIV? Also, I bought Operation Flashpoit: Dragon Rising, should've done some homework on how crap it is before.

58 minutes till I decided. If there's no good deals, I'm gonna get majesty 2. I loved the original.

About an hour until we get some new deals, I have about $10USD left after getting the super id pack and the Unreal deal pack.

Bought Aquaria and I'm loving it so far. Reminds me a lot of Super Metroid, only that it's in the sea instead of in space. The game has a very large exploration aspect. Also, Zombie Bowl-O-Rama is great fun for an hour or two for 1$.

GTA IV won't work for me. RGSC gets stuck on 0% and GTAIV.exe won't launch and SecuROM/Validation gets stuck on 25% trying to connect to server. Anyone?

I bought GRID and Men of War Gold Edition, I downloaded Men of War 500-800 kb/s, took me like 1-2 hours cause the game is like 5 gigs. GRID is 12 gigs and I'm downloading in 10-50 kb/s, seriously what the fuck is this, gonna take me weeks! :S

Lower resolutions won't take such a big performance hit of course.

The really popular stuff like GTA IV will take years... I got mirror's edge as soon as the deal opened, 1MB/s not bad :P

Just got the Id superpack :D Doom 3 for me when I build my PC.
