World in Conflict is made for the PC. RFG is a sub-par port, although it IS fun. It also depends on if you like RTSs more than action games.

TBH, I haven't played multiplayer for either of them. From what I've heard though, WiC has great multiplayer, and RFG is kinda tacked on in a way. You might ask someone that has played MP though.
