Oh wow, that is lame. Why did they even do that.
This is bad :/ Might get stalker though, seems cheaper than when it last went on.
should i get torchlight and bioshock?
That is my quandry.
somebody explain why the original counter strike which is 10 years old is more expensive now than counter strike source
incredibly lame
Is it just me,or CS:S is still 3 bucks?
Anyone mind gifting me GTA IV? Please? No but seriously no Fallout 3? No Borderlands? Not even Oblivion? What the hell?
I'm temped to buy GTA4, even though I've already played it on xbox. So is the mods worth it? And how demanding is it to run, compared to, let's say Crysis? I've heard that it's really unoptimized.
should i get torchlight and bioshock?
Torchlight at the very least
It would be good if they all deals set again for final sale.
should i get torchlight and bioshock?
If you don't, you might as well not consider yourself a gamer.
I expected something better. Like Borderlands, MW2, or something.
At least I can pick up S.T.A.L.K.E.R. now, I was debating the first time around, and then it passed me up, I'll get it this time
I expected something better. Like Borderlands, MW2, or something.
I didn't expect MW2. IW/Activision are too greedy with it.
Hmm, RA3 and C&C3 still costs 10.19? CSS and Trine costing 5 dollars? I am guessing Valve wants to keep those sales, still, couldn't have had other badass sales? And of course, activishit doesn't want MW2 to cost anything less than $59.99. I can't believe I am saying this, but EA is starting to be better than activision/activishit. Quick question: Will this run GTA4? AMD Turion X2 Dual Core Processor 2.00Ghz 3GB RAM ATI Radeon 3100(256MB dedicated) Well, not a good amount of good sales here.
I didn't expect MW2. IW/Activision are too greedy with it.
True, very true.
Hmm, RA3 and C&C3 still costs 10.19? Fuck sake, I wanted Empire Total War to be up there. Now I have to pay fucking £15 for it. Shit deals, fucking Valve.
In the end,i have Braid,Killing Floor,Day of Defeat:Source,Half Life:Source,L4D,L4D2,CS:S,Audiosurf,Stalker,Half Life:Deathmatch i Torchlight. Pretty good holiday sale,the fact i got 11 games for 55 euros is great deal.
I'm really tempted to buy BioShock.
True, very true. EA is improving greatly in my opinion. Activision can burn.
Shit, I remember when Activision was good, and EA was being a bastard and an evil company(thanks for breaking the C&C franchise), spamming games like no tomorrow, taking over the NFL video game franchise(and NCAA), trying to buy out 2k games. Now, its the opposite, EA is becoming more better, while Activision is becoming more of an asshole. Hell, on Steam, the only game more expensive than MW2(single) is DA: O deluxe edition(there is a reason it costs more). MW2 doesn't have dedicated servers, so it shouldn't cost more than 40 dollars, hell, 30 dollars. But, they want it to cost 60 fucking dollars, same as a console game.
anyone else having trouble getting through to the actual payment part?
Just bought GTAIV for 7.49! Cheers!:buddy:
incredibly lame
now i buy eidosk pack
Goddamn, just when I had no money, GTA4 came back!
I want Torchlight but my bank is closed :bang:
To be honest, I wasn't expecting an amazing finale to the sale but this is still pretty shit compared to what I had in mind. I mean, cool if you missed this stuff or regretted not getting it at the time, but for me I've either got them or don't want them. I'd consider getting Bioshock, but I've had all of the plot twists and shit spoilt for me, so it's not really worth it.
anyone else having trouble getting through to the actual payment part?
I was. I think I got a £15 game for free...I'm not sure. The actual payout thing didn't happen, it instead gave me an error, yet the game is on my games list. Not saying the game cause I don't want other people to exploit it, thus getting it fixed :p Hasn't shown up on my bank statement yet either!
I don't know if I should get GTAIV. I've never really played a GTA game, it's just not something I've cared too much about... however that said I love games like Oblivion where it's an immersive world. And I already have a backlogg of games I'm trying to work through... maybe I could get it but just not play it for a long while until that backlog dries up? Not to mention next week I start school along with almost near full time working. Hmmmm
Korjax, in my opinion, GTA is best played on game consoles, not the PC. But, if you don't mind using a mouse to play, by all means get it. It's an amazing game. Really immersive, loads of places to look around. Good fun. And when you complete the game, God damn you can do ANYTHING you want. It never gets old. Pretend to be a trucker and go around the map delivering stuff, become a hitman, become a policeman. It's awesome.
