I told you, the LTL shotgun is not as practical as a lethal rifle or pistol would be if the game were a tad more realistic in the way I mentioned. I'm just wishing there was a feature in the game, not asking anyone for advice on what gun I should use. I know the LTL shotgun is if you don't miss and you've got friends to cover you, you don't need to tell me this.
You go shoot yourself in the arm then attempt to fire a weapon. You'll see what I mean. Or the knee and try to run across 5 rooms before hiding in a corner for 10 minutes.
Fair enough.
What's the cheapest place to buy this online? I checked D2D but it's 15$ there and that seemed a little steep.
Worth it, but don't buy from D2D.
Hey guys, I saw SWAT 4 at the local gamestop the last time I was there, (buying ME2 :h:) it was like 17 bux.
should I go for it?

oh yeah, I've seen all of Spoony's videos, I love them, like all of his other videos. If I got it, would you guys play with me?
4 if I remember correctly, An old lady, the hostile, 2 hostages.
I think.
Old lady, 1 hostage and either 1 or 2 hostile. I have only got the second one once or twice, so its pretty rare.
Fairfax had five.
An old lady, Two women hostages, main suspect and (wild card) companion of the suspect.
I still have this reinstalled and always play on weekends. I'll join you guys.
Nostalgia attack. I played Swat 3 up until online support was gone.
What was the easiest mission for you besides the training?
The chinese food place. I got 100% on it.

2 hostages then, because you have the dirty lady in the room and that chick with the mask on her face on that matress.
The fact that my keyboard survived not being thrown across the room on my play through of the game is nothing short of a miracle.
I usually go LTL, but sometimes I go lethal for a challenge. But, sometimes when I change to lethal I forget that I have it lethal and I have a building full of dead criminals and hostages on my hands.
Makes the people I play with reel back in horror as I gun down a man running away from me or massacre a room accidentally.

Also this could be called Police Brutality Simulator
Any game that has yelling bound to a key is awesome.
this game still worth buying? if so, where would you recommend buying it?
Why is there an option to yell "Trailers!"? I do not get this
2 enter a room while 2 cover the hallway you just came out of, "Trailers" commands them to then follow you in.
I just love how when you use the sniper guy, you don't get a penalty at all
2 hostages then, because you have the dirty lady in the room and that chick with the mask on her face on that matress.
Oh I forgot about her. I don't really class the injured people as hostages on the missions.
My bro pirated this game and got a virus, it destroyed his computer and now he hogs my laptop :saddowns:

Where did he pirate it from?
Pepperball gun is best gun. Cleared A-Bomb's upper room with around 6 enemies. Then my computer overheated and died :v:
IMO it's not really effective, mostly because it can't hit far range suspects, and I really want to take those fuckers down as far as I can

And it doesn't work on people with gas masks.
Exactly, so it's pretty much useless in MP since nearly everyone is wearing gas masks
Oh the memories of this game. I remember thinking it was a really cool and innovative concept when I first saw it and played the demo. Then, a few years later, I bought it and played about halfway through before hopping onto multiplayer. Managed to get really lucky with a public server with fairly competent people who worked as a team.
One of the best MP experiences on that server I had was when we were in the Red Library, I was the designated Mirror user, and had plugged in my mic just when the game started, not realizing I had to exit and reenter the server for it to work. So I basically just remained completely silent to my team whenever I mirrored a door/corner. They didn't even inform me until the end, after two of our teammates had been shot in the face by enemies that were pretty much right behind the door :v:
This thread reminded me of when I modded the taser, funny as shit to use a taser on someone 30 feet away. :v: However; I didn't use it in serious play.
Me and my friends did a lets play, and im currently uploading part 1, we have part 2 and 3 but we want to see how facepunch responds to it before i waste my time uploading.
If we set up a server are we just playing vanilla SWAT 4 or with SS?
Vanilla's more fun :v:

Aint nothing as satisfying as summary execution.
