Things in a game that just scare you - Games

Anyone have a video of the HL1 map with the water? I never got that far into the game (shower with me boxes go ahead its the only HL game I have yet to finish).

Swimming in FPS games. Playing a horror game, expecting something to happen, but it doesn't. Then you relax and it does.

Turning a valve then water starts rising.

Rooms where the walls close in on you. Especially in Resident Evil one.

Not the game as much as after playing a scarey game in the middle of night. You walk around like you were in the game and check behind you and around EVERY corner. Bonus points if you get scared by your pets.

First time I ever played 5 Days a Stranger, I was scared all to hell at everything I did. You can only die at 2 points in that game, but I saved after every single thing I did that didn't get me killed. I was like...12...

Those times when you are running away from something that WILL kill you, and the last save/checkpoint was like 20 minutes away.

When you're running and running and you can hear the chaser's footsteps and they sound so close and then they get close enough to swing at you.
