You download their program called capsule, which isn't working for me atm, and you download the game with it and then play it
only one game per account, as the promo code can only be activated once for every account

after downloading the game with the client and starting the game and thereby activating it, you should be able to run the game without the extra client.

Even the temp files are empty.
You guys crashed the servers and as a result the downloading is probably crippled as well with all the downloading cluster fuck going on. I can't even register.
