Try starting the game, alt-tabbing out, ctrl+alt+delete, processes, find swkotor2.exe (I think that's what it is) then Set Affinity, then disable one of your cores. If it doesn't work, then it can't mess it up any further.

No but really, I assume you are prob. 10-12, did you try reinstalling and patching the game?
Is windows updated?
Mine works fine on service pack 3, so try updating XP if you havn't.
yep i reinstall but the patch got stuck on swkotor.exe

Besides that, I really don't know what to say. Update your drivers, install the patch (which can take a while, so go do something while it's working), etc.
Also, try running the game as an Administrator. Right-click on your shortcut and if you don't see the option immediately, click on "Properties" -> "Advanced" -> Check "Run As Administrator".
