somebody organize a facepunch game like say...tomorrow
I have this for the ps2. The reason I stopped playing it was because I was frustrated on this mission where you have to disarm three bombs. The only way to get past the second bomb is that you have to either kill the remaining guards or throw a flash/smoke to get them occupied while you disarm the last bomb.
I don't have any flashes or smokes because I used them all to complete the fucking hellish level that was before that point. Talk about one of the most hardest missions in the game. There were so many guards that I just went apeshit and shot everyone down.
So the main problem was that I had just enough bullets to headshot each of the remaining guards. I had like 3 or 4 bullets left. They're not even bullets, they're sticky cams which can be used to kill guards IIRC.
It's totally doable, which is why I'm not restarting that mission. I'd be fucking badass if I could pull it off.
why not now, if you want to play add me on steam: crazyfarmer512
I remember I had this for the Gamecube, I almost got 100% on every mission, shame about the GC's co-op being chopped down to fit on the disk.
Is it just me or did this game have graphics ahead of it's time?
yeah, it even has cloth physics and shit, it was amazing and it was well optimized, I mean the game ran perfectly on the gamecube which barely had it's graphics touched
I made a group to make it easier for us to organize matches. Announcements and events are open to everyone so feel free to schedule some stuff.

Do you mind if I add this to the OP?
Also - there's an editor? How did I miss that.

Not at all

God damn I can not understand the map at all. It takes me forever to do each mission because I end up going in every room multiple times and get hopelessly lost.
Joined the group, the maps are simple to navigate. What mission do you get lost on?
I always got lost on that tanker level.
What about Splinter Cell: Double Agent? Is that any good?

The boat one, the bank one, more. I have no idea where I am on the map.
I fucking loved the multiplayer.
But hated it's Xbox live community, full of assholes.
I love the Splinter Cell series in general, but this has to be one of the best games of the series, also, a video that I found that shows the awesomeness of good c operation.

I also loved the music of the game, I am going to have to find my Xbox special edition of the game and rip the music from it.
Chaos Theory was always my favorite, I've replayed it more times than I can count. Co-Op was really cool in it, too. I'm glad they're putting it back in Conviction. Double Agent was pretty good, you just had to change your tactics.
I still play it, one of my favourite games of all times :3:

If anyone is up for some co-op on PC tell me. I used to play co-op splitscreen with my friend on his xbox when this game came out, memories.
I just got to the end of the first mission and got killed...
I need to get use to no checkpoints.
I suck so badly at this.

I'm lost on the second level, i got to the guy who's repairing shit or whatever but all he tells me is shit i already know (which is to activiate the pump and drain the compartments of the flooding) and then that he doesn't want to die, so i kill him (As it appears there is nothing else to do) and then i'm stuck trying to find where to go/what to do.

One of the F buttons is quick save F7 I think

Drain the compartments, go back the way you came and go to the door that had water coming out of it to find the Bill of.. whatever it's called on a crate. I just went back and did that mission, holy hell it's harder than it used to be.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is a brilliant game, I loved it when that one soldier thought that Sam was a ninja.
anybody up for some versus
F5 is quicksave, F8 is quickload

In the same room as that guy there's a vent in the wall you climb into which will bring you to the pump room.

I would, but I have to patch my game, do you know the latest version? Also do you have to patch both the SP/Co-Op and versus separately?

Chaos Theory is better in my opinion, you shouldn't just go for the newest one.
