I have to leave, nevermind.
So after cleaning a ton of resources (but nowhere near all of them) out of a huge cave network near my spawn over the course of a few days, I built a portal and journeyed through the Nether, marking my way with a gravel trail. I built a new portal on a cliff hanging over an ocean of fire, and walked through to my new promised land.
On the other side was a beautiful desert, right across a waterway from a rainforest. There's huge craters and caverns dotting the landscape, exposing a lot of coal.
I'm gonna have fun.

Anyone willing to test the arenas with me? It's going to be laggy, as I'm hosting from my computer. If anyone is willing, just shoot me a PM.
Well even with the base at the lowest buildable level I still cant put a spire on it :(
But it's finished as far as I can take it. It has 38 floors, and is made of sandstone, the texture for it was added in by myself and isn't in other texture packs that I know of.

It runs fine and I only have a small amount of stutter when I join a new server or load up a map.
It's a Google Cr-48 notebook.

I was just putting in one of the last arenas into my map, lol.
Well, it seems like the server was a success, but a laggy success at that. The two arenas we tried worked, but it was just too laggy. Maybe someone else could host them some time.

It's back up, I always have the original .rars of each world so griefing just gets you banned and nothing more.
