Well right now we are trying everything we can to get everyones server up so that we don't have to set up a warning to our new customers.

I don't think you understand, when there's a shortage of a product you are selling you give either a) out of stock notice or b) a warning as to the current condition of the product which may cause it to not be supplied on time.
As to why you're even trying to tell me I need to like your facebook page and refresh threads on facepunch to get information about this is beyond me!

I apologize for the inconvenience, if you don't like the way I do things there are plenty of other perfectly trained 12 year olds who found a budget VPS to resell. Most minecraft server providers don't even provide instant setup.

Quite frankly I'm pointing out a flaw that's easily fixed and would save you and your staff a tonne of bother; it'd be pretty appreciated if you took 5 minutes to write a little message and prove your service is above that of said 12 year olds?
Sorry for the inconvenience if this is coming across as some actual criticism of your service (*gasp*), but not warning potential customers of issues like this somewhere easily accessible is bad business.
As for the not instant setup - yeah that's kinda why I choose you guys, cheers for letting me down!

I think it fits with the theme of minecraft more than most packs.

I think it fits well. It has an RPG-Adventure kind of look to it, and it's quite detailed, like the default textures.
