I just don't see how it's okay to freely distribute something that originally cost money to literally anyone regardless of having purchased it themselves. That, by definition, is piracy. It's only abandon ware when the developer completely drops the game and stops supporting it. As it stands, InDev was upgraded to Alpha and then Beta and therefor part of the development process. By your logic, Alpha is abandon ware and should be cracked for anyone to play.
