But other things like the items.png look good on paper, but are pretty terrible in game.

Anyone know of a bukkit plugin that can redirect players to another server if the one their trying to connect to is full? Or one that takes players to another server by typing something?

I just ran a program called MinecraftLandGenerator. basically it generates your server/world before you walk around so it's less strain on your computer(ie, doesn't have to generate a world while you walk around it). I'm getting ready to make a new world for a fresh start on my server. Though the old world will be saved.
