God, they reappear when you move something, now I can't get rid of these fucking granola bars, pls guys help
My only major complaint is that I bought a spiked bat yesterday just to try it out, and i swear i ran into 2 zombies and it took me over a minute to kill them with like 30 hits, then I got swarmed in a corner of some house and got ganged by like 4 zombies. If the weapons weren't totally nerfed i could have survived
I know Dead island was not a great game but they had their weapon damage down pretty well.

Then my game crashed, I died because my character was still in game and lost it.

Yes what a waste on an alpha I can't believe I wasted all my money donating to a company that could make the game much better in the months to come.

I think this game is going to be great when it comes out of alpha.
Its fun, but it needs way more loot spawns.
Needs to be optimized better as i only get 30FPS max on any settings
Zombies need to be nerfed

I agree with the loot spawns, I do also agree with the zombies but I do not know why so many people are getting bad performance on good rigs. I am running an i7-3930k with a gtx 670 with 60+ fps so I do not know. I ran around for so long just to find instant oatmeal and granola bars.... The zombies can hit you once and you are half HP or a player can hit you once with a flashlight and you are insta-dead. One hit with a flashlight kills. Altogether, a lot of potential for alpha I am very excited.

i would like to have a list of the specs of people having FPS issues to see if its related to a particular series of graphics cards, particular drivers etc. There could be a pattern.
Or it could just be the game being alpha buggyness

what driver version are you running?
The fact they charged people to be alpha testers (and that was the only way into it) and use the hype of DayZ on this game is amazing.
All of these critical bugs and issues would've been detected and solved by a closed alpha testing team, but they chose to go for the cash grab so people wont find out any piece of genuine info about this game.
Also what's more amazing is how they've set release date 20 days after alpha stage.

I sat on a rock and watched two guys battle it out with flashlights for like 5 minutes and when one of them died I sprinted up, (note he was already in a fight) and it took atleast 4 hits with a spiked bat to kill him
