The War Z - This IS NOT A GAME, IT'S A SCAM - Games

As promised I'm making a quick post here to give some feedback for the people here wondering if it's worth a purchase. My "opinion" is that once the main issues are sorted. Invisible zombies Buggy hit-detection Crashing Thirst goes down way too fast with very little in the way of replenishing it They have the base for a very solid game that if they commit to will yield not only a great game to play for us, but a good playerbase and income for the company themselves. It's frustrating to play at this moment in time and if you buy it for the alpha don't be upset when you're stuck on the main menu for hours at a time. I think I've managed about 5hours in total and died so many times to other players and their trust flashlight and invisible zombies, yet I find myself creating a new character and trying frequently to reconnect to see where my curiosity takes me next. To compare it to DayZ (Inevitable). I'd say that it's everything DayZ is but better in the fact that this is a full game not a mod which "should" mean better stability and the chance to expand on an aready solid base. Once the Map is up to fully explore, deathmatching should diminish significantly as that's all players get the chance to do since we crash every 10minutes. The creases will iron themselves out and once we have an easier time co-oping with the play with friends feature (something that I wished DayZ had), playing with friends will make this game infinitatly more enjoyable and each experience will be different as the game world is massive with plenty of places to explore. Fun and worth a purchase as it's a game that as long as the developers keep their promise and commit to improving this game one patch at a time will just get better and better, and for the price you really cannot complain. The fuck. I can't join anything anymore. Quick Join tells me to update when there isn't one, and browsing servers always says game is full. I can't do anything about it on the Dayz Forums because their servers are too busy.

Also they need to buff up all the recovery items. Bandages only give you back like a quarter of your health and drinks only give you back like a fifth of your thirst bar.

Some guy on top of an ambulance shot me dead, with 3 shots just for a flashlight... I laugh at some of these people.

They need to slow down the rate at which your thirst bar goes down more than anything.

How can this possibly be called an Alpha if it's ~1 month away from release? Also, I'm not sure why people are believing the devs when they say they'll fix everything considering they outright lied about WarZ being its 'own distinct game' and then reused 90 percent of assets/gameplay from WarInc.

Pressing tab just crashes the game completely. How do you manage to fuck up code so bad that pressing a button collapses the entire game

It has a random chance to crash me, sometimes it works.
