Went to save some guy from zombies, as I was beating the zombies with my bat he pulled out a B92 on me and started shooting me. I took cover behind a humvee, and popped out before laying him out with my Saiga.

The invisible zombie IS the zombie hero 0!
When you're not getting killed by the invisible zombie, clearly there's no zombie hero 0 and you crash instead.

Oh? That's weird because no one really cares. So what if they reused assests, and who cares that they copied the ToS from LoL? First off, it's a game in alpha, many bugs are expected to be there and no one should expect a great quality game yet. So what if they're charging people to play alpha. Let's go back to another small indie game Minecraft. Charged people money to play alpha. I guess Notch liked them cheapgrab tactics too, huh? Second, no one reads the ToS anyway. Even if someone did, it does the job. If some one else makes a ToS and it's exactly what you want yours to say, why make another? Only 1 of 10,000 people are going to read it. If you really wanna complain about it, just don't. People who paid for it knew they were paying to get into an Alpha game. No promises were made
Game is tiring to play at the moment. I'm going to give it a few more days before I give it a proper go. Hopefully then things will be smoothed out and I have a chance to get stuck in strange places etc.

You can tell he is a DayZ junky by just looking at his other videos... I think he is just scared that people are going to switch over to another games and I'm sure he is just trying to hate on it as he doesn't want to know the fact that it is still in Alpha and DayZ is a mod.
I don't mind DayZ and I don't know what I can feel from WarZ yet as it's still going to be putting out more stuff for us like fixes and other crap.

Update on my M4 find, saw two players standing in the middle of the road, don't know what they were doing but i opened fired and capped one. The other one managed to run underneath the building i was in, i thought he had ran off but when i went down stairs he was waiting with a shotgun. He shot and hit me but i managed to lay a headshot on his ass. Was out of ammo by then on the M4 so i put that in my global inventory and used his shotgun that had 1 more bullet in it, took all the food etc and then got killed by a swarm of zombies that had heard the gunfire..
Damn, some douche with an M4 killed me and my co-op buddy. I almost got him with my shotgun, too.

There really is no excusing the copying of the TOS. It's not something to just "who cares?" about. I mean sure it's not like be all end all, but it certainly shows at least incompetence, and at-most dubiousness. However, I'm not informed about the whole TOS debacle.
Also, your point about Minecraft would make sense but Minecraft's alpha was a bit different. From the get-go it was a project that wouldn't exactly be "finished" and the alpha lasted for a very very long time with continual updates.
I've said it from the start but at times I do get a cash-grab vibe from this game. I mean, I'm sure it'll be fun when the kinks are worked out, and I don't think I would go as far as to say that this is a scam at all. I think they just wanted to release something as quickly as possible and then work on updating it from there. The fact that it's in alpha now, and will be in beta in under 2 weeks, and then released shortly after kind of rubs me the wrong way.
I think I'll try this out like a few more months after it's fully released. I think I'll have a fun time with it by then when it's established and some of the kinks are worked out from it.
edit: also I really really really hope they add voice chat. That was my favourite thing in DayZ, directional voice chat.

First of all crashes - most of them are associated with 32bit Os versions. We're going to release patch tonight that will hopefully eliminate crashes on 64bit Os, and will reduce it chances on 32bit OS.
Second - loots, killing zombies, etc. We've added few tweaks there, some of you already noticed that there're more loot spawned and it's easier to kill zombies. Still - AIM AT HEAD.
Servers - bunch of new servers rolling out tonight, so hopefully it'll help.
