So has anyone actually found a... Well I'm not sure what the item is called, but a note you can actually leave for other players.
I've found a few notes that were already deployed, but I'm pretty sure they were all scripted.
Alright what the fuck just happend... I collected some loot and wanted to disconnect. I went to a safe location where I had cover and where zombies couldn't get to. Begin to disconnect, first five seconds pass... INSTANT DEATH. :suicide:
Didn't even hear a gunshot anywhere, for fucks sake.
So i'm still having the same problem, walk a few steps and it quits the game to the character screen, anyone have the same problem?

Alpha but some say it's good and some bad but it crashes for a lot of people.

As a game programmer I can verify that when you think a bug is gone, it comes back to haunt you, it's not as much lying as it is solving one issue and the bug being also caused by another one that isn't as common.
Damn, this game makes DayZ look terrible. After playing the game at a friends house, I seem to enjoy this more than DayZ.
I really want to get this but can't right now or any time soon. Closest I could probably get to getting this is finding someone looking for tf2 items.

Well I was actually looking forward to playing, bought legend pack to try alpha aswell but nope the game just quits on any server i join.

I knew I should've put that shit in my global bank.
So, decided that for once I was going to be a good guy and help others, sat in town attacking people that were trying to kill others, saved a few guys and ended up with a ton of hats and 2 empty pistols.
some guy comes running up to me being chased by zombies. let him jump up onto the apc with me.
immediately pulls a gun and shoots me.
Enough trying to be nice.

True, I got a rifle and 500 bullets for my 16th birthday, was to help me practice marksmanship for school.

I was in a town and I teamed up with this guy with a Saiga and some other cool gear, then some guy called "chuck{somethingsomethinghere}" asked us if we're friendly and then when we both said yeah, he replied with: "Oh, good! I'm tired of bandits".
The guy with the Saiga turns around for a second as Chuck hangs around with us, then fucking bam. He breaks his skull with a flashlight and goes for his dropped shotgun, I run around in pure terror and he takes a few pot shots at me, until I finish him off with a flashlight of my own, pick the gun up and stare deep into his virtual character's soul.
I type in the chat and curse him to hell, then some other "flashlight warrior" with his almighty black mask tries to have a go with me, but I blow his brains out with this new shotgun of mine.
For everyone complaining about the ammo situation, the game takes place like 4-6 years after the apocalypse started and I'm pretty sure that is enough time for people to loot most of the ammo they find in a bulk in someones closet.
Had a group of five people. All heavily armed, everyone friendly.
We helped eachother out constantly.
We find a sixth, he goes "yeah friendly".
Then 2 seconds later he shoots everyone with his AA12. Everyone dead.
He types "Nobody gets to have nice weapons but me >:)"

What a royal asshole, but kind of your fault, once you have a group of 4 or 5 that you can trust just shoot everyone you see.

Yup, does the same.... I dunno if it's cause i'm on medium settings and the FPS drops at points and the game autokicks or something along those lines for going below a certain FPS?

Well, I haven't been kicked for low fps yet but that's because my computer can run the game with everything on the highest settings with a stable 60 fps :v:
Edit: Have you tried creating a new character yet?
