Reputation is now tracked properly.
Safe settlements have been implemented.
You can no longer access your global inventory anywhere except these settlements.
You can not attack other players in settlements.
Fixed invisible players and zombies.
Fixed some zombie logic.
Fixed a red pixel in HUD.
Melee weapon exploit fixed.

Mashing C and the left mouse button resulted in being able to hit many many times per second.

Just switching between first and third person making melee reset so you could melee extremely fast if you spammed C

Before the update disconnected me, I had the oddest glitch. I spawned in and instantly my health dropped down to my ankles and my screen sorta washed out, and I was bleeding. I thought that maybe I was an attempted spawn kill, but the guy wasn't able to finish the job.
So I made a mad dash for the town, thinking I would bleed to death if I didn't find bandages, I scrambled through houses, avoiding zombies as best I could until I found some. I used them instantly and.... my health stayed the same. I was still next to dead, and my guy was leaving a trail of blood everywhere I went, but I started to notice that my health wasn't dropping anymore. And then I accidentally stood up right in front of a zombie, and absolutely nothing happened.
I ran into a player with a sniper rifle, he fired at me point blank, but I didn't die.
I smacked him a few times with my hammer and he ran off.
Just as I was getting used to my new found powers, the servers went down for patching.

They just fucking broke the game with this new update. you can't put things on newly spawned survivors. There is now no way to defend yourself against PKers early on.

I never put anything on my new survivors anyway. It's more fun that way, and I honestly haven't been spawn killed in quite some time.

Who doesn't at least bring a hammer or a flashlight? You can't even use a FLASHLIGHT for fuck's sake.
I don't, the nights aren't dark enough to need it, and I can generally sneak around any zombies.
And I figure that if I find a player that early, they're going to kill me regardless of what I do.

Exactly why bringing a hammer and bashing their head in first is oh so satisfying.
of course when I don't have my sniper equipped I find 5 mags for it in 5 minutes.
