I met a guy named Panguins, his first spawn in the game, and I gave him a bunch of soda. He was going to meet friends and asked if I wanted to go with him. After like 30 minutes we found this area with a ton of loot but lots of zombies. We rushed in there and grabbed a ton of stuff, and when we were leaving he said "get ready to run". I got out but the zombies got him.

Anyways, I don't think I'll be playing at lot at it's current state, I just want to see what it's like. I'll play more once it's in beta, and I'll play even more when people start buying/renting Private Servers.
It seems like guns are becoming easier to find. Thank god. Also, getting killed on the way to the post office makes me cry rivers. RIP M107.

The map we currently have is only 30% of what this map will be apparently.
Then there'll be another map even bigger than this if what they promised is true.

I could never spend $50 on a game like this.
Anyway, yes, it's definitely worth the money and at the rate it's going, it'll be even more worth it as time goes on.

Wow is the bat is quite useless. Someone came up to me with a bat and started to attack me. I hit him with my hammer and he exploded loot. I took the bat since I thought it was better, but couldn't even kill a zombie with it.

Yeah, a bat takes 4 direct hits to the head when killing a zombie while a hammer takes 3.

Met two nice players, one with nothing and one with a gun.. I ask the one with no weapon if he wants one. He reply with "Kinda" I proceed to kill the other guy who had a gun. we both laugh and he takes his gun then we run our own separate ways. The guy i killed goes bad shit crazy and tells me how he is going to login with some other character and snipe me.
I'm only friendly to new people/characters. Also I'm kind of an ass. :(

For the zombies not dying thing if people don't already know. You have to aim just barely above their model's head for it to register as a headshot.
I'm going to possibly pick this one up today but Sleeping Dogs is tempting too.
Hey cool, first time playing, head into a town, find a shotgun on the stairs with a full mag of ammo. See a guy heading down a road so I hide behind a truck. He starts to make his way around a fence, behind a house, (while I'm third personing derp) and I pop out and as someone who has never EVER fired a gun in this game, pop two shells into him and I succeed in killing my armed adversary.
3 mossbergs, a b29, a sniper, black mask, 5 bandage DX's, 3 bandages, and a fireman's helmet :D
Anyone wanna team up? I just got booty raped by 4 people with assault rifles and swat gear while I was trying to hide in a grocery store. :(
Played two characters. the first was killed by a shotty-toting guy not one minute into play. The second one fared much better, surviving for about 40 minutes, killing several zombies with a hammer he found, and managing to score a white mask and some kevlar... before getting killed by a zombie.
I'm definitely going to continue playing, but I have other games I want to get over with first. Maybe once the beta starts I'll be back.
By the way, there needs to be more presets for character creation. It's a little limited as it is.
you can unlock other characters, but I can't be bothered to spend money on them.
