Another great night. Took a while to get together again, but we managed to get a set up in Colorado city. Ricen, and JakeAM up scouting and Sniping, while asAsx myself, Icemoo and Rusty looted the picked off bambis. Then ending the night heading toward the southern safe zone to bank. Is the character creation screen supposed to make your char's name in all capitals? It makes it all caps for my name ingame too. EDIT: Nevermind.

If you play hardcore, your character with all the xp and inventory is lost, and in normal mode, you keep the xp and skills, but not your loot. No matter how you play, you loose all that characters stuff when you die.

I think when a player dies his body should stay their for at least a in game day time. Would let players see if a fight happened in places. Obviously you can respawn but the body doesn't disappear when you go back to main menu.

Having a bandit friend stresses the nerves... We were dying from a lack of both food and water, running all over town finding things to delay our demise. We come across a grocery store with an unarmed girl running out of it. Friend thinks it's a good idea to just shoot instead of threatening if she didn't hand over some of her food, drink and bandages. Big butthurt proximity ensues afterwards. (She thought I was the bandit since I was first to the scene of the crime. :C) While we're in the store all fueled up and relieved, friend swear he hears walking around the store area. I say I'm right behind him so it's just me. Nope. Gunfight ensues between him and unidentified man who was stalking us from outside. Friend goes down screaming at me on Skype to fetch his M4. And just like an action movie hero I sprint over to his gun, pick it up, and lie in wait until the asshole pokes his head through a window and OFF COMES HIS HEAD. Get to give the M4 back to my friend and get to keep a Sig Saur for myself but damn that was close. Had to switch servers out of fear for my life since the guy called his fellow white knights to the scene. (If there were any but I wasn't going to die after all that.) Was gonna buy this yesterday but I lost my fuckin wallet : ( Now i'm just gonna wait till the 31st. I don't want to pay the extra $20

Managed to slide down some cliff and shower loot all over the land today. Lesson learnt. I thought I could make it.

This started a 10-15 minute stand off, where the bandit tried using flares to distract him as he moved in to grab the chick's loot. Instead my friend was ready, and dropped him. They both logged out. Two more guys tried rushing the hill my friend was on, but he dropped one and I dropped the other. Later they relogged to the server, multiple levels of buttangry. We knew they were the bandits who killed us earlier because they had my friend's armor and my M4 semi, along with plentiful sniper rifles. Chick had an alice pack, score

Used quickjoin, scavenged a town, found a group of 3 people who were friendly, found a fourth guy, went into northern town, got destroyed by zombies. Only 2 of the 5 left now.

I got invited to the beta and didn't even bother downloading it. Should I? Is it really worth it? To me, it just looks like a blatant rip-off of DayZ.
