Got this game two days ago, finally played it yesterday with some friends.
Fun as fuck. We eventually jumped into a random teamspeak with maybe two or three other guys. We all teamed up and took K-town (I assume that's what you guys call it. My friend said it was and I wasn't one to argue). I got split from the others at one point and just went around bashing zombies with my hammer. I got about 15 zombies without being hit once. That was awesome.
So it actually worked, so I think it must be something to do with resolution... as this monitor is much smaller than the one I use at my mums(same pc here at my dad's as i'm here for a week) and it works fine, so I walk for about 10 minutes, see 2 people they didn't attack me, followed one then went on my way, walked into an invisible wall near a city and fell down a tiny cliff and died.
150mb left downloading. Anyone want to group up once I start playing?
Does anyone have a spare guest pass they could perhaps throw my way? Some of my friends are getting it and I want to try it out as money's tight when you're a jobless teenager.

It should, but then again, my PC is strange. It ALWAYS figures out how to ruin a gaming experience for me. Only games that haven't been ruined by my PC were pretty much all the source games. It's your decision.

i was playing when suddenly it made my pc blue screen and i had to boot 6 times to get past the motherboard screen

You are not playing the game.
You pre-ordered the game, what you are playing is the alpha.
[B]If you aren't having fun, don't play.[/B] Maybe come back when it is in beta. Either way you don't have the right to complain.
If you pre-ordered any other game you would be waiting until release to even touch it.
Obviously the game will be better when it is released. How much better, we don't know.
Side Note: I play on low and get 15 fps (if i'm lucky) when i'm inside of the towns, the longest I have survived is like 20 minutes. I have played for about 5 hours and I have died at least 30 times. I found a gun once and I was killed 30 seconds later by bandits. I am probably having a much worse time than you.

Everyone I've talked to so far are saying you get about 15-30fps regardless of settings, I'm playing on all low on my laptop with a 7970m and I'm averaging 18-20fps but it feels as smooth as a 30fps game so it's perfectly playable.

You know near the small town at the west (before the military base), there's a small road that goes further west that seemingly goes to a dead end, on that road there's a blood trail and at the end of it there's some loot, out of all the times I went there (around 8 times), it had loot all the time, mostly some bandages or some food, but twice i've found a mossberg there, if you follow the road, you end up at some reinforced barn,a nd there's usually unlooted food there aswell. Just thought you guys wanted to know, though you probably already do...

Really? That makes me feel a lot better. I was wondering why my computer couldn't run it even though it looks like a ps2 game when its on low.

Where do I put the guest pass serial key? I put it in the client along with my email address and it tells me that the "Serial key and preorder email do not match".

Guest keys don't start until the beta (the 31st).

Yeah it's an unnoted bonus for anyone who bought legend, servers lock at 27 players unless you have a legend account. Not exactly legal if you ask me.

Its an unlisted bonus on for sales, its misleading people into not buying legend because they think pioneer wont affect server joining when it does.
Misleading sales ain't exactly legal but then again they are missing out on the bigger sales by not displaying it.

Ran into a obvious as fuck one last night, I blew his brains out while he was looting our squad for him to only reconnect about 3 minutes later and teleport in on his buddy then instantly headshot me.
