So from everything that I bother to read about this it sounds more and more like what DayZ became: people with stuff killing people that don't have stuff. Glad I didn't buy into the alpha/beta access in hindsight.
Apparently a friend of mine found a friendly 'outpost' near one of the spawns which consisted of three guys, one with a sniper on the roof and two inside with rifles, they hurried him inside, stripped him of his loot and gave him some armour, helmet, food, bandages and a pistol, but they dropped all the ammo for the pistol outside so he wouldn't shoot them I guess :v:
From the sounds of it, a rare encounter with a group that isn't banditos.

Well, as it gets polished and if you feel like getting the game later, it would've been a bad move. Sure it's not the greatest right now, but you could have gotten it at a discount, and possibly had a few goodies tossed in for testing the alpha/beta.
You never know.

The zombies only real weakness is a window because he can't climb through it and that makes him sad.
Apparently my account was deleted, when I login it says my account was deleted because I got a refund or my payment was cancelled yet I never requested a refund and my payment went through and was completed. I guess that's why I couldn't login for the past week. Loads of other people have this problem, there's a big thread about it but no response from the developers or mods.

I wasn't referring to anything about the game itself, but the people playing it. Killing people who have just spawned and obviously have nothing.
Online games are only as good as the people that play them.

When I guaran-goddamned-tee you that the person in "favor" for PVP sat and farmed 99,999 Mauser's and AWP's so every time they died, OH WELL LET ME JUST GET ANOTHER ONE OFF THE PILE.
I've been killed by players about thirty six times, but only twice by zombies. And the vast majority of the time I'm killed, I have nothing on me. Absofuckinglutely [i][b]ZERO[/i][/b] items, I was alone, and even hiding from the cock suckers that just go out and act like it's a fucking deathmatch gamemode with zombies in it. It's like "Oh there's an enemy player, better fucking kill him and take everything he doesn't have!"
I'm now to the point that I shoot anyone I see that has a melee weapon in hand and is coming towards me or if I even [i]think[/i] that someone I see has a gun and is trying to shoot me. I don't fucking care anymore, just about everyone that's playing right now is pretending to be a hardcore ~~edgy bandit and let out their antisocial behavior and the aggression that they feel towards their soccer coaches for touching them in the bathroom stall that one time back in '02.
