I can't seem to actually be able to join a server. Every time I join one, it'll go through the loading screen normally, then freeze on and off for a minute or two on a black screen, then send me back to the character screen.

Did they remove killing zombies with flashlights. Cause I just hit one constantly what must have been like a good 30-40 hits. And I know I'm not lagging at all.
Jesus christ killing bandits nets a really high amount of good loot. Got about 50 weapons in my global inventory now, and two MTV forests, and one Guerilla armor, five large backpacks, and three alice.
What do you do with a Guest Pass if you obtain one?

flashlights got nerfed, then nerfed again. you CAN kill a zombie with one but it's not recommended. You could probably stare one to death faster

This is bollocks. I can't outrun the zombies and even if I use buildings to lose their line of sight they sprint so goddamn fast they reach me anyway. They're too fast.
The new zombies are overpowered, I agree. Sergey should have just populated the map with more zombies instead of increasing their strength. It was fine before when it took about 6-8 hits from 1 zombie to kill you instead of 3-4.
Well, maybe it'll change again in the next update.

Zombie attack range needs to be lower. Equal to or less than the players melee range, but equal to makes it more balanced.

I think it should be less. Considering most of the melee weapons would extend your reach slightly.
They need to increase the zombie amount by ten fold, then make zombie hits only hurt you like 5-10% your hp, and cause them to die in like 1-2 hits in the head. I'm tiered of being chased by 1 or 2 zombies or seeing only like 5 zombies scattered out in a city. I guess I want the zombies like Left for dead....

the issue with zombies:
they are literally no zombies,they are way OP now
and they are tough as shit to kill now....
now only if they would tone down the damages zombies do so if you get on a single zombie he doesnt take 60% of your fucking HP
they are supposed to be a treat as a GROUP not as a single one
I think I'd like the kind of zombies from The Walking Dead and Project Zomboid.
-Relatively slow. Fastest they can move is about a jog speed
-Deadly in large numbers, therefore forcing you to use tactics and quick thinking to get out of a bad situation

You'd think zombies would be at least a bit weaker than human, but no it takes as much hits with melee weapons, if not more. I wish they'd be a little weaker.

How long does it usually take for the servers to come back after an update?
