I found a friendly Brazilian guy near my spawn, by the military base. We chummed around looking for food, since we were both dying of hunger. We killed around 30 zombies with flashlights and a shotgun I found. We got to some town near a lake, Smallville I think, both still dying of hunger and subsiding off of bandages and painkillers. We were about to go inside a church to escape a mob of zombies, when out of nowhere 3 dudes snipe us. Thus ended the partnership of a newb and a guy with broken english.
Has anyone encountered a glitch where you appear to be [I]really[/I] tiny? I logged in about 15 minutes ago and as I walked I noticed the grass was up to my waist even though I wasn't crouching/in prone. I can't get good screenshots 'cause it was nighttime in-game.
New patch.
Any notes?

In preparation for the wipe, I figured i would get rid of the 50+ empty weapons i had in my global inventory. So i made a new character, put on an alicepack, and filled it up with empty weapons. My inventory was 100% full, and i was ready to be shot. I spawned in Campos, and i heard gunshots in the supermart, so i ran into there, to meet the barrels of two M16s. They told me to drop my weapons, but i said no, and started running around and jumping, making them spend at least one mag each on me. When i died, weapons came flying out of me. They excitedly ran towards me, and started picking up the guns. They stood there for a long time, searching through my guns, they took at least 10 minutes, before they started shooting at my body and saying fuck you to me.
First 10 characters get "starter packs", it will be gone within 10 minutes.

Even if it's just visual then even a new player can obtain it by killing me.

What I dislike about the developement is that they aim to add a large amount of new content which is fairly ambitious and a noble goal but the current features and gameplay mechanics still need a lot of tweaking and fixing. Fix the issues first before adding new content.
If they don't cop out on us and actually improve the game, here's things I would like to see: - Spawns that actually make sense and don't give 100% advantage to players already on the server. Why the hell did they put them in huge open fields nowhere near any kinds of cover or resources? - Severely reduced respawn time. With how incredibly easy it is to die, an hour long wait to play a character again just feels unfair. Losing all of my items and starting out with nothing is more than enough punishment for dying. - Make the scoreboard actually mean something. Right now the only thing it tells you is people on the server and their "affiliation", which is fairly useless and gives zero important information, like, I don't know, if they are dead, if they've been killing people, amount of kills, etc. - Make a world that is worth exploring. The areas between towns are barren, boring, and a pain to navigate. The only locations that contain anything are marked clearly on the map. Plus, more often than not, PKers are waiting at said locations because they know that's the only place people will find needed items. - Increased variety of foods, drinks, and supplements. There's no difference between a can of ham and oatmeal other than the amount of hunger they reduce. Add a drink that increases stamina recovery, or a power bar that increases melee damage, something. - Uhhhh. I can't think of any more right now.

Maybe a zombie that specifically targets and hunts down players that PK too much. Certain surfaces have unfitting and even baffling footstep sounds, and some don't have any unless you're sprinting. I've gotten sneaked up on by people walking and even sprinting behind me.
I disagree about PK hunting zombies. I'd just like to see more and have them act like the opening scene of the original Day of the Dead. Where the zombies all come out of the buildings and stumble toward the man with the megaphone. And more of them in the woods, hordes moving around the map. Have them hunt all players, especially bleeding players. And give them the ability to mob players and slow them down like in L4D.
I think the idea of the bandit camps would solve too much PK, as the bandit camps had no spawn protected so the bandits would just be camping each other. whether the camps are still on the table is currently unknown as it wasn't mentioned in their "plans for the future" :/
Are they going to fix the shit animations? So far there's no transition between running and idle, so you instantly come to a halt with the idle animation. It looks stupid.
Zombies should be a lot more sensitive to loud sounds and behave like a Walking Dead horde, if you fire guns you better get the hell out of there soon or you'll be overrun by a big horde, this would decrease the amount of player killers because they'd be afraid to get overrun while they pick through the loot the players they killed just dropped, and it would make it more about the zombies than other players.
I want zombies to be attracted to and feast on the bodies of dead players. That would be coo.

I'd be curious how PK hunting zombies similar to how kill streaks worked in Call of Duty. They still would attack all the players, but in a group they'd attack the one with the most kills.

I haven't spotted any special items there though.
Finally found a tactical knife at the airport tower on the ground floor, and then there's the wipe... :v:

i've never really noticed it being that much faster tbh, but i could be wrong
