Hide almost anywhere and join a populated server, there's a good
Chance you'll be shot in seconds. Happens to me atleast, and I take a lot of effort in hiding my character.
I don't understand why they made the zombie spawn so low. It'd be a lot harder and more fun if they upped it by tenfold (or 5 if their servers can't handle it (which would be pretty bad))

Yeah too many zombies caused the servers to crash, but apparently that was like hundreds of zombies in one area. But you would think later down the track they could work on fixing that.

I have a stupid friend who actually bought hacks for $15.... the worst part is that he always uses it while we play with a group of friends...
The fucking sad part though, with the help of his ESP... we actually run into more hackers then actual players. Like, more then half the time, it'll be my friend and a hacker trying to aimbot each other across clearview. This game has turned into HvH... it's getting to the point where if you don't have some yourself, you're not going to have any fun.

That kind of mentality where you have to use hacks to compete is the cause behind these hacker vs. hacker fights. If you encounter them, leave the server and join one with a low pop. I very rarely encounter hackers, and choosing to buy hacks just worsens the problem.

I'd rather not. The only things that have affected my playstyle are PKers, so all of my characters are usually bandits who shoot on sight.

I think you left it too late. WarZ support never honored refunds (Well, very rarely), but Xsolla support was handing them out left right and centre. But I think that has stopped now.
Well, how would you feel if people payed for a game [B]they asked for[/B] while it was still in development, and then wanted refunds because it wasn't fully developed?
It's bullshit either way and people are giving up on it way too soon.

I think you need to stop caring so much.
I didn't ask for early access to the alpha/beta/foundation. It just so happened that is how it worked out. It also just so happened that instead of working on the promises they made, they turned their development cycle into a war on hackers. And in the mess that followed, I got banned, not even for hacking, but exploiting (getting onto a roof of the diner through a window apparently), during a development cycle where they were meant to identify exploits and fix them.
Hardly any of the stuff sergey talked about in early interviews even exists. NPCs? Bandit Camps? Bounties? Quests? Notes that lead to hidden loot (as if it wouldn't be taken by a hopper). I think they have realised that what they promised they cannot fulfill and are doing damage control at the moment. And half of it isn't even their fault. The playerbase won't let them fulfill it because they are whining too much about pkers or pve or whatever, and the other half are server hopping and whining about a wipe.
The community is worse than the devs, so I don't really want to pay for both reasons (I have met some decent guys in game, but not many). I haven't met many hackers, well, not obvious ones anyway.

I never said you asked for the game, nor did I intend to have the topic of my post be about you at all. It was a statement in general about why the WarZ was stopping all the refunds. The devs probably don't care about people whining about a wipe. It's happening whether they like it or not. And as a game-development student, I believe I would try to combat people hacking into my game because getting hacked is going to be the number 1 issue in the way. I don't care if there's a bug with climbing buildings / trees. Having a game hacked into by others and allowing people to cheat in a game is far more troubling.
Of course the stuff Sergey mentioned in interviews doesn't exist [B]yet.[/B] Those are [B]planned[/B] additions and features that will be added in future releases. Because this is still, [B]an alpha.[/B] Should they have been released by now? Maybe. But then again, hackers are more than likely a number 1 priority.
The community is terrible. I agree on that, but you can't do much about them.

That's the weird thing though. Notice how it sounds like he's shooting at someone/a zombie. After hearing like 5 shots go off, I go outside for 4 seconds... 4 damn seconds, he kills me. I'm not sure how the hell he could have such a good reaction time for finding someone so quick. The only way he could have took me out so easily if he knew where I was the entire time. (Aka behind a wall.)
