I don't get why the raised the price of the game now? It's not particurlarly any better than few weeks ago, only some additional models and a half-finished clansystem.

Based on the sound of things, you don't anymore. They added a clause to the EULA saying refunds weren't allowed. You could try your luck with contacting [url]http://support.xsolla.com[/url] in whatever means necessary, phone is usually faster, but they might refuse to as of now. The only other way would be to issue a chargeback yourself if you used a credit card or debit card.

It's too early to say they haven't delivered on their promises, things get delayed, happens with every game in development, unexpected shit happens and they have to take care of it first, you knew you were buying a game in development when you did, stop whining.
except this is now the "release" not sure if you have even played at all recently, but the game is nothing but hackers and you wanna know why?
because they don't care about stopping hackers, ESP hacks especially are rampant as fuck because they're so easy to do and they never get detected
They really need to get that cheat detector system in place and re-wipe the servers.

What? They can say its a release whenever the fuck they want, because they are the devs. They have added a lot of the content from the beta (I dont however say they have done a perfect job), and delivered on a lot of their promises. Also, what false advertisement? They havent said that something that isnt in the game is, they have just said they are working on getting it there.

How do you know they dont care? Why wouldnt they care? These guys arent some russian con-artists, they are developers.

i ran around with for 2 days, never got detected
it was a free hack that took seconds to find and was super easy to use, i can see players up to 500 meters away, zombies, items etc
it also gives me unlimited sprint
and guess what, for those 2 days i noticed how many hackers there really are in the game, i couldn't go onto a server without running into 10+ players all using the same hack or even using more hacks like aimbot and noclipping, and it's super easy to tell who is hacking when you have ESP enabled because you'll notice them track you through walls etc
there's been no sign of progress in stopping hacking, and i really doubt they're going to start anytime soon
i wanted this to be THE zombie game as much as the next guy but it's just not

You bought the game, you cant just say you want a refund because it didnt meet your expectations? If you didnt read up on the thread or the forums about the problems, and just bought it, its your fault for not understanding what you were buying, and if you did but still bought it, you gotta be prepared to face them. You wouldnt get a refund for most other things in the same price range, because you "Got bored" after two hours with it, so why is it okay to get refunds here? I really cant wait for it to get on steam, so people cant get a silly refund because they got bored after playing it for 40 hours.

I dont think they are calling it a full release, but a "foundation release", and by that i think they mean they are releasing the foundation, that will be worked on for the full game. I dont really think thats a good way to do it, but i guess thats the only way to get it on Steam before it is fully done, which is kinda important.

I got a refund due to the fact that every single time I tried to play it was ruined by hackers. I'm pretty sure it isn't supposed to have hackers... maybe they are copying that from DayZ as well?

Bugs and glitches I can understand and deal with but the amount of hackers and lack of effort to fix it I can't.
I swear this game was originally about living in a zombie filled apocalypse while you and other players attempted to survive the world.
The whole selling points was Zombies and massive multiplayer.
But zombies are no longer a threat. Even a mob of zombies, it's easy to get away.
