Well the games hardly realistic as it is, adding vehicles would be good as it adds something else to do other than kill each other, however i personally don't think vehicles wont be in for a very very long time, if ever really.

you could go through campos city 20 times and never find a gun and then find a m249 on the 21st time, it's got nothing to do with experience because that doesn't even make sense
how would that work? when a player with high experience enters an area it spawns better loot? this is a game with other players all going to the same area after all, it makes more sense for it to be based on the amount of players in the area, which is exactly what they've said it is based on
completely random but there is a better chance if there are more players in the area, this has actually been proven by players who have been playing for a long time, as it is clearly obvious that you can find more loot when in a group or just in a populated area, and no not loot from players

Really look into the game before making a decision, my response would be "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T BUY IT" but for you to really understand watch some videos and read some reviews and try to ask people who've played or who are still playing.
Theres no option to rent servers and wont be for a while, since first they're gonna focus on "stronghold servers" which will only hold small areas, like a city, so probs wont be worth playing anyway (random players all death matching in one city with no way to get out of the city? YAAAAYYYyy....).
Also it should be this month before dayz standalone comes out, since everyone seems to rank the war z better or worse than the dayz mod, the stand alone should blow war z out of the water.
