And it turns out Kewk is in Sergey's basement. But honestly this still reminds me of the whole D3 Linux fiasco where people were apparently being banned for being on Linux and everybody played a game of telephone and calling Blizzard retarded. The funny thing was how one of the community mangers came in, confirmed it was fake, then we never heard anything about the incident again.

It doesn't seem like there was any official word about how long it takes to get approved, but if what I've heard about them only having 5 servers and them having many problems with cheaters is true it would seem like it's going to be some time before they let more of us in.

I think one of the main things they need to do is more places around the map. It get's too boring with the super slow run speed, going through the map because it can take forever to get somewhere.
Also the north and west are to scarcely populated, there are not that many locations that you can scavenge. You have to run for hours just to get there.
Yeah like I remember hearing apparently they scaled the player down and scaled everything up to make it seem like the game world was bigger, but I think they should just resize everything properly. Make it more compact so there is less boring shit between loot spots.
At least in Dayz you would have the odd house out somewhere or something to see rather than walking forever
I wish there were more buildings which you could enter and with more furniture. There are tons of towns, but often there are only a few buildings that can be entered. Which is kind of dumb.
My war story, walking for a bit, saw some russian guy, started talking in russian so I said "English?" and he said "No, sorry" then proceded to hit me with a hammer and then I died and never touched the game again and got Dayz to work and played that.

Yeah, they did, which is why the physics are screwed up and you can die from walking down a hill.

My guess is he thought he could string along the team long enough to swindle access to the cash.
But from what I can tell, these guys decided to go into a "business venture" with strictly online contacts. How stupid could you be to open an account on paypal to accept money (especially with their buyer protection) for a game that will be created by a company you have no idea actually exists for a guy you kinda know from a team speak server?!?!

I didn't assume playing a game that is this poorly developed and involved in numerous shady (and possible illegal) business practices could be considered a taste or preference.
Nobody knew right from the start how this would develop over the time, it's a tragedy and absolutely unacceptable. Nevertheless the game has potential and is quite fun to play, I had some blasts in this game that I have never experienced before. It's really great when you play with pals. Unfortunately I stopped playing due to the drastic changes and annoying hackers.
Even if it's a miracle if this game turns out to be good, still I bought it and I am willing to continue playing it. Even though I will never buy a game from Hammerpoint again, they blew it.
As a last thought, I do regret buying this game even though I had some fun with it.
