This is why you don't say the exact time of a release to download a game, saying "between 2PM-4PM" is so much better and will most likely let everyone get their files without having the website shut down, then an hour later open the servers and let everyone in considering they all downloaded the game.

The lies, they blocked these regions on purpose so their servers wont crash to provide better service for the US players.
