On the same note, Giants: Citizen Kabuto. Available on GOG.
These guys are completely nuts, practically the monty pythons of the games industry.

Forgot that one! :D
Also:
Playing Fatal Frame, F.E.A.R. 2, or F.E.A.R. Extraction Point with friends.
Driver. The game where flying cop cars was pretty common

This is probably one of my favorite games ever, if not my favorite of all time.
I once changed my name to Sir Daniel Fortesque in Steam.
No one could pronounce it. It saddened me.
Bully and, as previously mentioned, Destroy All Humans!

Also had a thing for muppet race mania on Playstation 1, was pretty cool for its time

Transformice. With all the people from facepunch in it, it's absolute chaos. I couldn't stop laughing when me and this other mouse shaman guy cannonballed each other off the screen at the same time.

Oh god the ammount of BZZZZZ there was in it. Not to mention all the rest...
L4D with people you know, Serious Sam 1, I loved the kamikaze parts, and yet the areas when you were swarmed and surrounded were pure evil.
Also, what is this Transformice you people speak of? Sounds fun. Freeware, Steam or retail?
Most of the Jak and Daxter games. Had a few laughs in GTA IV multiplayer and LBP.
Postal 2 (black ironic humor, fuck yeah)
And, in a purely gameplay way, prototype.
BF:1943, just hilarious at some points. like, me and my friend was trying to snipe like 3 miles away and after a while, i look into my scope and see a huge engine. i look out and see a fucking plane 20 feet away. i yelled "GET THE FUCK DOWN". the plane hit me with it's wing and my friend got mowed down by it's machine gun. I couldn't stop laughing for 30 minutes.
Oblivion with Midas Mod, etc. And Adoring Fan killings off the top of the highest mountain top.
Fallout 2 is hilarious, with its cultural references and death animations.
Chasm Spasm :D
Possibly the best text-based adventure game ever. Fucking hard though.
Postal 2 was pretty damn funny.
wow i thought i was looking at one of my posts and was like wtf it's not yellow

also on topic: conker's bad fur day
Can't believe no one has said "Castle Crashers" yet.
Primarily because it's just so random.
There's some good humour going on in Ratchet & Clank.
Assassin's Creed 2
"life expectancy? ehh, about 5 more minutes I'll wager" If a civilian sees you jumping all over buildings
[editline]12:19PM[/editline]
And then the lectures the guards give you if you bump into them are just a hoot
TimeSplitters Future Perfect. That game definitely had its moments, and I especially loved all its cultural references.
[editline]12:45PM[/editline]
And seeing Cortez breakdance is gold.
A mod for half life 2 where Lamarr jumped onto the lockers and caused a chain reaction which led to an explosion that killed doctor Kleiner.
Timesplitter Future Perfect was hilarious too. Virus gamemode with friends was so fucking awesome. Happy I still have it.
That one was loads of fun ^^
But, in my opinion, the virus gamemode of Future Perfect wasn't that great, at least not when you compare it with TimeSplitters 2. Virus in TS2 was the most fun gamemode I played in my life.
Super Meat Boy.
