Dice, you're already using tonnes of middleware, why not throw in Euphoria too?
Please? :frown:
I wouldn't mind some euphoria. :v:
While I do hope there's no killcam, I do hope that theres a better "recorder" feature this time. Would be awesome if there was a GTA IV style video editor, with positionable cameras and stuff.. Would be wicked if you could put a camera on a bullet and track it on it's path.
While I don't need to see my kills/deaths directly after they happen, I would like to play around with detailed 3d footage later on.
Ah, see theres a reason for this. CS sucks and it breeds gamerage. Play it at your own risk.
Bc2 breeds more gamerage for me than any other game.
Bc2 breeds more gamerage for me than any other game.
I disagree, only game that makes me flip is CS:S.
And I loved how I could get totally fucked over in BF2 yet still enjoy the experience.
100$ 3.2Ghz Quad Core if you don't buy Intel. Just saying.
Thats not the issue, the issue is that you'll often need to upgrade your motherboard as well. That's a huge hassle.
I got a 3.2ghz Quad, 4Gig RAM HD5750 in 2009 for $816 That video card still runs just about anything I throw at it without issue. Got a CD/DVD Burner, 320gig HD, Fans all up in that bitch, Windows 7... Very nice PC and fairly cheap.. I'm sure the same Rig today would cost about $650
Yep I was right.. 4 Gigs of Ram, 500Gig HD, Quad Core 3.2ghz, HD5750, Speakers, Keyboard, Gaming mouse, FORMATTED HARD DRIVE (If you have Windows 7 already Then why spend an extra hundred) You can throw in Call of Pripyat for free, Flash media drive, CD/DVD Burner, 700w PSU, $660 bucks, And you can customize all of it your way, whatever components you want. Ships within 5-10 Business days and has a 1yr Warranty.. Faster and Longer if you opt for it
Got my PC from the same place, haven't had a single issue out of my PC except the first video card I got, which I RMA'd and got back 2 weeks later, from across the country, since then, been working flawlessly... That's the same price as PS3 when they were new, and cheaper than the 3DO console when it was new! Just for comparison, and we all know Alienware is over priced as it is, A rig not even as good as this would cost more than double from them
Computery stuff.
The computer I'm supplied for video editing is more then sufficient to run any Crysis game, I'll be fine.
I like how nobody thought if he's living by himself and paying the bills and have loans/debts to pay etc.
It's automatically 'you're living with parents, get a job and you'll get 400usd per week to spend on games and PC, because you don't have anything else important to spend on and you have no bills to pay' thing.
Also to the guy saying if you can afford a $60 game, well duuuh, it's not released tomorrow, it's easier to get money for a game than for GPU and a game.
It's not that bad to save up for a $650 Rig, or take out a small loan for it, or set it up on a payment plan. Any real gamer is more than willing to pay an extra hundred bucks for their rig, if it means they can have it now!
Nearly all internet retailers around here offer to split up payments and pay them over up to 24 months. 800€ (and that's probably a lot more than what you need) split up over 10 months is just 80€ a month, split it up in 20 and it's even less, just 40€ a month.
To quote mrs. Black: "We so excited"

We've seen every type of terrain in most games, there are a lot of jungle games, some games in woods and Middle Eastern shooters.
Either way you're going to be able to play in Paris, New York and similar. That'd be some cool variation.
how about a battlefield game based in the dark ages!!!!!!

Sounds brilliant.
Or how about an ancient Nordic viking one?
Battlefield 1149: Battle of Midgard.
Indeed, a bunch of bearded me chucking axes at people would be funny.
I'm sure that's just what all us Battlefield fans want.

Although it'd be a cool game for Dice to make, like a dark ages game on Frostbite unrelated to Battlefield.
Imagine the catapults on the castle, dat destruction.
Maybe chuck some magic-wizard shit in there so it's more interesting than just complete sword play.
maybe some bows/crossbows and shit.
Yeah I'd play it

Suddenly I'm imagining all the nutty things that's possible with Frostbite.
Mmmmmm
