Wake Island, Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Omen. Probably my favourite 3 BF2 maps are back, fuckin awesome
I'm thinking of upgrading to this just for BF3: Clicky Do you guys think this paired with the 9800GT can handle it? :ohdear:

AMD Phenom 9150e Quad 1.8 GHz oh ye.
AMD Phenom 9150e Quad 1.8 GHz oh ye.
then it would help alot :downs: and with the black edition you could through some overclocking in there.
my core 2 duo 1.1 GHz will be fine
lol, I have a core2 at 2.667 and a gtx 470, how fucked am I?
I'ts like DICE doesn't know what made BF2 sell so well. I'm worried that it will still be an incredibly dumbed down version of Battlefield 2, perhaps with maps a bit less linear, among other things. Way too early to judge, though, it's just a thought.
I think the game will sell well regardless.

Hows a 9800GTX these days? Time for an upgrade for BF3? I have 4GB of RAM and a 2.4GHz quad Q6600 so they should be fine.
You think my PC can run this? [img_thumb]http://gyazo.com/462cef5aa20c8878052c0bec2512ca2d.png[/img_thumb] Yes, it's a pre-built by dell, but i got it for $500 :saddowns:
Yeah it'll work let me just put my BF3 disk in and play it on my pc... so if mine works yours should, stop asking if t's going to work or not, the game was announced... what a few weeks ago?
Yeah it'll work let me just put my BF3 disk in and play it on my pc... so if mine works yours should, stop asking if t's going to work or not, the game was announced... what a few weeks ago?
I'm asking for assumptions, we've seen the looks I'm just trying to get predictions.
I'm asking for assumptions, we've seen the looks I'm just trying to get predictions.
Well assuming isn't going to help your pc if you pre-order it and it doesn't work when you get it.
Most probably low settings will get you something playable. Im more interested how much upgrading will it take to reach 60 fps on max settings.
Well assuming isn't going to help your pc if you pre-order it and it doesn't work when you get it.
I'm asking for some predictions, that's all, I'm not saying it will help I'm just asking for predictions because the minimum specs aren't out yet and I want to pre-order but I want to know if it might run on my PC.
I'm asking for some predictions, that's all, I'm not saying it will help I'm just asking for predictions because the minimum specs aren't out yet and I want to pre-order but I want to know if it might run on my PC.
You're completely missing the point. 1) no one knows, 2) assuming as I said before you could pre-order and it wouldn't work.
You're completely missing the point. 1) no one knows, 2) assuming as I said before you could pre-order and it wouldn't work.
Ok, I just thought since we saw some screenshots and gameplay that people can make a guess.
Ok, I just thought since we saw some screenshots and gameplay that people can make a guess.
We saw a total of 5 secs of gameplay. I can totally predict the minimum requirements from that.
Wait I joined in 09, I didn't know that...(well my alt was 06, sorry for offtopic but I just noticed)
We saw a total of 5 secs of gameplay. I can totally predict the minimum requirements from that.
That's why I said guess, a guess doesn't have to be accurate.
That's why I said guess, a guess doesn't have to be accurate.
That's what I'm saying, if it's not accurate, it's a pointless speculation for someone that wants to pre-order if he doesn't know what they are yet without official specs.
That's what I'm saying, if it's not accurate, it's a pointless speculation for someone that wants to pre-order if he doesn't know what they are yet without official specs.
Yeah, you're right, it's just I want to pre-order but I want to know if my PC can even handle this game, which it probably won't.
Yeah, you're right, it's just I want to pre-order but I want to know if my PC can even handle this game, which it probably won't.
(I wasn't trying to argue or anything) but I was just trying to save you money just incase you can't run it, kind of like a friendly lookout <3.
(I wasn't trying to argue or anything) but I was just trying to save you money just incase you can't run it, kind of like a friendly lookout <3.
Thank you then. Hmm, I can run Crysis at 20FPS highest settings, JC2 at highest settings 60FPS, I think i can run this at med-low. Still, going to wait before i chose to get it for PC or PS3
I'm not fucking around. When the game comes out, I'm building a PC just for it.
I'm not fucking around. When the game comes out, I'm building a PC just for it.
Ditto Already got my budget ready :v:
My friend who doesn't really play on his PC and insists on not wasting money on a new one said he'd consider buying a new rig, just for this game lol.
haha, oh wow this looks glorious
