You need to download the server zip through the FTB launcher (normally it only shows clients but you can filter it for servers). The official FTB server jar is not updated yet, but you can either download the [url=http://www.creeperrepo.net/direct/FTB2/87b4a36598003527f4beed0775fb40cd/modpacks%5EMindCrack%5E6%5EMindCrack_Server.zip]MindCrack pack[/url] or the DireWolf20 pack. The MindCrack pack has extra stuff like TrainCraft and is a bit more difficult (macerators cost diamonds for example.)

I think it stupid that we would spend hours yesterday without griefing and without disturbing anyone and then the next day it gets whitelisted and everyone who has done stuff arent aloud to come back on.

well i was playing during the day for like 5 hours and then i was on at night when you hopped on and told us that some one had stolen your diamonds and i told you to spawn in some more cuz its your server and you said you do everything legit and then you asked if we would be ok if you did a server restart

It gives you a zip file that contains the server. I.E all of the mods and server data as well as server launching .bat files. You need to have the client version of the mod pack you choose as well, and that's retrieved from the client filter in the FTB launcher.

A few tips; install LogBlock and get LWC (chest locking mod). You'll benefit a lot if you're serious about running a proper Minecraft server. A moderator or two wouldn't hurt either.
