What's worse is that he comes right after Owl, and by comparison you don't feel like it's the game making you lose, it's your own awful skill.

He is amazingly easier than you might think. Rather focusing on Rabbit, focus on the ball midway through, when it's time for it to go fast.
Yeah I can never get the timing right. I'm not looking forward to the owl.
What catches me out is how inconsistent the speeds are. I'm not sure if I'm imagining it or not but it seems like it spends different amounts of time slowed down and is therefore harder to predict.

Try upgrading the 2nd and 3rd skill a lot, it might help compensate. Also I recommend positioning Pooh at the topmost possible so you don't have to anticipate the ball longer.
