It was doomed from the day they decided to use the source engine.
Man there sure are alot of people being negitive towards Postal 3. The only think that I can possible hate is the lack of gore and third person.
I will be pissed of the PC version is consolized. Meaning I want the same amount, if not MORE, of violence that the previous game had. Postal 3 is one game that should NOT give a FUCK about the ratings system. If I can't pour gasoline on a bitch, throw a match on her, and then piss on her charred corpse like I could in postal 2, then this is no postal game to me.

Sure it's funnier, but what made Postal funny to me was that the media would bitch about how violent it was, and Running With Scissors would just claim that killing is optional, and isn't required. That, and giant scrotum mascots.
I can't wait for this game, postal 2 was awesome.
I do not mind the 3rd person view but I do sense somebody making a 1st person view mod.
I played Postal 2 STP when I was still pretty young. Maybe 14 or so..? I never actually beat the single player, just fucked around in it a bit. Then I went online. Automatic download of maps meant a lot of custom content. Custom content in a game that just doesn't give a fuck means fucking TONS of porn. Pretty much that was when I started watching porn. Like, there was seriously a shit load of maps that had porn in them.

Its just that the media is now more powerful than ever, having brainwashed millions of stupid people into thinking that everything that comes out of their mouths is truth.

Well since it is the source engine there still may be a shitty first person view via console.
I say shitty since it was not made to be first person. I prefer FP to TP
They should've kept using Unreal Engine, now we have to put up with outdated shadows and crap shaders. I'd of loved a huge city with a working day/night cycle but unless they wait for portal 2's engine version we won't have that.
