Sorry, i was too busy playing good racing games like DIRT and Burnout
Sorry, you will never understand how awesome Hot Pursuit was.
EA has did a pretty good job in the past 2 years to get rid of their crap shovel-ware titles. People got pissed that they shut down some studios. But for the most part, it was due to the fact that they didn't offer potential.
Sorry, you will never understand how awesome Hot Pursuit was.
And still is, it's a damn fine game, I still play it, THE best Need For Speed IMHO.
EA is a very decent publisher
Dead Space, Bioware games
Bioware is proud to present: Menus the game
Navigate exciting menu's customize things that might add +1 damage to your gun pause every 5 minutes
People like you bitched and whined about Mass Effect having "too many menus." Which it didn't, I never found anything wrong with the menus at all. And then Bioware pulled the menus out and (over-)simplified the RPG mechanics in Mass Effect 2 and people bitched that it wasn't ENOUGH of a RPG. They try to make people happy and people still bitch and moan.

I gotta say I did prefer the original mass effect's mechanics. still the second one wasn't bad.
Mass Effect 2 is the greatest game ever created, what are you people talking about
About 8 years ago I thought that EA was the best. But I can't whine much, because I haven't played almost any of their newer products.
You say EA can't make games???

Great game, DEVELOPED by EA Canada
That game was amazing, shame the Lamborghini had such shit handling, I'm looking very much forward to the new one.
Oh shit another "I hate companies who try to make money" argument. Besides I thought Activision was now the popular target. I mean for what they just did to Infinity Ward and for their destruction of the Guitar Hero franchise. Even still Activision publishes some good games too. You know who has partnered with EA in the past? Valve. So in my eyes they can do a lot of good.
Also if you don't like this " money making companies " then just make your own company, pay many millions and then release games for free.
I especially like how some gamers tend to hold big video game companies up like how people condemn big oil companies. First it was Haliburton, then it was Unocal, and now it is BP. Microsoft, EA, then Activision. Although I'm pretty sure people will always be pissed off about red ringing Xbox 360s.
Bioware mostly sucks :/
Sorry for the image macro, that was well deserved.
They were all developed by companies owned by EA.
No they weren't
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic
Everytime i load up that laggy, non-responsive terribly balenced and buggy game, i weep for what it could have been.
Sorry, i was too busy playing good racing games like DIRT and Burnout
Just because its a classic game doesn't mean its bad.IMO its still one of the best NFS games out there.
Their CEO looks kinda like a sloth
EA have actually done quite good recently. A lot of good games! They learned a lot after the failure of spore.
-snip-
I shouldn't have bumped this thread.
I don't care what people say about those cars NFS Underground was great.
At least EA releases stuff unlike Valve.
There's one thing that I really hate about EA, and it's that you can't skip the EA logo when it appears in the developer things when you start up a game. Makes them seem really self-important and stuck up their own arse.

And most of the time you can skip every other logo too.
Yeah you know I realized at E3, EA aren't as bad as they were back when spore came out
[editline]07:52AM[/editline]
or maybe they're still as bad, but Activision is just so much worse
[editline]07:53AM[/editline]
open to interpretation i guess
Why can't EA be more successful like their sons Bioware or DICE?
And most of the time you can skip every other logo too.
They're very particular about it as well - in Spore, the EA logo is part of the intro sequence, and as soon as the logo explodes you can skip to the main menu.
And this stuff about them saying they saw themselves as the Disney of video games.
I just hate their attitude.
In regards to Maxis, I actually really liked The Sims 3. But having said that, I really don't like EA.
I liked EA ever since Mirror's Edge.
Sorry, i was too busy playing good racing games like DIRT and Burnout
I'm sure you were busy playing DiRT and Burnout when Need for Speed 3 was released, oh wait, Burnout wasn't created until 3 years later and DiRT wasn't out until 9 years later.

I hate that you can't skip it, but I love the EA logo. Just the fact that it's the same logo, but different for every game in a little way.
Also I liked EA Big because Def Jam Vendetta was hilariously fun.
