It basically just changes the numbers a little.

I find swarms of zombies hanging right outside the Skadovsk, at least 20-30 no joke. The real issue though is that they don't give a shit about Stalkers or Bandits but are intent on killing me. Everyone else at the Skadovsk doesn't give a shit about the zombie plague either.

Thinking of replaying Call of Pripyat. Perhaps I'll play it with a mod as well.

I don't see why. When I played Clear sky, even without mods there was hardly any grenade spam for me.
