Noah would be a great asset to Degtyarev's team, mainly because of his expirience in killing Snorks and finding anomalies on a larger distance. I'd also want mercenary Slasher to join the team since he has survival expirience and he is an accurate shot, also because of his mercenary exosuit.

At least we got Vano instead. He's probably the most likable guy of the team, since he's both cool, optimistic and knows what the hell is he doing in the worst possible situation. Zulu's a preety strong and useful guy, but he's a total douche, lt. Sokolov is a pussy and Strider is there because he wants to rescue more Monolithians from Pripyat, but his character sucks because of the lack of emotions.
