Well, you can just make a story that explains why no woman dares approach the zone. So many possibilities, man! You could write a novel out of that!

If the story is enought horrible to disgust me, its a good achievement. God tier: so horrible even Crisis gets disgusted by it.

He was sort of avoided by other stalkers and he was destroying every artifact he found, yet he is very well equipped for a loner, I mean, he has an exosuit and an LR300. That's too much for such a guy. Also: What's so bad about Crisis's porn? At least it was straight porn.

Now if they [b]really[/b] wanted to make the game realistic, they would add a stamina system (if you receive a large amount of damage suddenly, from falling, getting shot, etc. you have a chance of collapsing temporarily.), and a system where getting hit by hard in general (getting pounced, hit full on by a shotgun, hit by an object thrown by a poltergeist/burer will knock you off you feet for a second or so. Would make the game hard, but fun. It would be especially cool if that could be applied to NPCs.
