For me, it's just someone speaking with different accent.
You know, I love hearing different accents, its sort of refreshing to hear people from different places speak with different accents, it sounds so interesting. For example, russian speaking english isn't annoying to me, but rather enjoyable because I find it interesting for someone to try and speak other language.
But that's just me I guess
