Fable is the shit. I love them all.
The key to not being disappointed with them is to not listen to anything dear old Peter says.

I liked it up until I had done everything that there is to do.

The only good things about Fable 2 was the dog and the sword-fighting. Very Piratey.
However everything else was not Fable and it was incredibly boring. And yes, I really don't see how you can enjoy Fable 2 without lying to yourself for some reason.
I've just noticed how short Fable 1 is, I'm only 8 hours into it and I'm nearing the end.
Fable 1 was pretty short, I haven't played the actual first game, only TLC, and I belive the story was extended for Fable: TLC. Also, Fable 2 has a horrible and short story, boring enemies and lacks bosses, and the world lacks the mystic and darkness it had in the first Fable games. It was a good game if you like to mess around with money, sidequest and the other sideoptions you had for your character, but when it comes to the 'World of Fable' it's an awful game.

The Lost Chapters was just an extended ending with more things than Fable.
I [I]love[/I] these games. The part that I absolutely freaking love though is the character customization and how it developed based on skills.
The Jack of Blades is pretty awesome except for the part that I was imprisoned for a year. At that point I wanted to murder him reeaallly badly.
Can you guys actually give me a reason why you disliked Fable 2 so much?

Awful story, Lucien was awful as the "evil guy", no bosses and no greater choises.

Fable II was great.
Could have used some things to extend its playability though, like Dynamic encounters, Lots of Loot, more clothing, and a second Sex Change Potion god damnit
I didn't really like how all the boss battles in Fable 1 were piss easy, I didn't die once in the whole game. I'm glad the ones in 2 are a little bit harder.
But Fable 2 didn't have many bosses, and the ones it had were often boring :/
One of the things that I hated about Fable was how almost none of the weapons or armor looked different from eachother.
Aside from slightly different colors... made looting pretty dull.

Fable II's ending was disappointing. I actually [b]WANTED[/b] a climactic ending boss that decided the whole fate of Albion.

Try changing from 60/50hz to the other one, your TV might be special
