Metal Slug 3 is the best
Metal Slug Team Mission looks fun, buy I don't don't like the pay for being a god at the game with a Slug/gun/OP thingymabob.
I always like the challenge this game gave.

The worst part for me was the input lag. That and I haven't touched the game in months haha, but yeah that was awesome
If it helps your judgement at all 3 has 5 missions and 4 characters that don't have special skills,
7 (double x) has 7 missions, and 7 characters (if you count the dlc leona) with different traits and combat school that acts as well, a combat school
And yeah, I started to lag on the last mission for a small bit

I literally had input lag through out the entire play through. I'd tell my character to shoot or go a different direction and it would take a half second or so, and it was noticeable on the screen. Made it a bit more tougher to play than usual haha
Oh and I have MS3 on the xbox 360 hit up my gamertag if you wanna play.,

Ha, wasn't aware that was going on. It -may- of been because I was hosting, and I'm using a wireless router (new 360 built in one)
I would totally buy XX but $15 is a lot for me and right now i don't feel like driving 5+ miles to get to a walmart/target/whatever to get ms points.
I fucking love Metal Slug, but I do not have a Wii or any portable console, so I can only play Metal Slug 3 on XBL.
Is XX coming to PSN? Because I haven't touched my 360 in half a year, so adding 1400MSP to buy a 800MSP game seems a bit pointless.
The best thing would be if they just released a single disk with [B]all[/B] Metal Slugs (and not release it only for Wii).
I played 1-3 in aracdes, a few on console and the rest on psp/ds. I love Metal Slug :D

And I thought Metal Slug 6 was kinda crappy compared to the other ones. It did have some new features, like 2 extra characters or the special attacks and the inventory system, but the whole thing was just really boring. And about halfway trough the game you start fighting these new types of fucking aliens that are just incredibly fucking annoying to fight.
Also, there's this thing called "Metal Slug Collection", it contains all 7 Metal Slugs (including X) on one disk for PC.

Seems like it is on PSN, but only to download for PSP.
Metal Slug is one of the great arcade games. played the shit out of 1, 2 and 3. I got the anthology for PSP too but the slowdown on it can be fucking crazy sometimes.

By the amount of Warez that comes up on Google if you search "Metal Slug Collection" I'm guessing it's not easy to find.
Oh man, my friend showed me MS3 years back and I didn't care for it at all. Then, about last year, I saw the demo on XBLA and downloaded it for nostalgia's sake. It was the first XBLA arcade game that I bought, and my friend got it too. If we get bored of mainstream games, we'll just play this for hours.
Also, get infected on Mission 2 of Metal Slug 3 as Marco. Point your gun upwards, and look left, then right repeatedly. My friend found it out, and we had a zombie rave party.

Has anyone played Metal Slug 3d on the PS2? I saw some pictures of it but I haven't really heard anything about was it any good. Although I'd assume it was shit, cause I don't see how would Metal Slug work in 3d.
