That would fail, because it takes a long time to make a decent city in SC4. The game is dependent on cities nearby for highways and neighbor deals etc aswell. FTPBox can handle the needs of this perfectly but its broken afaik.

Yeah, good idea.
That being said, how the fuck did this not get past it's first page. Just a suggestion, but I vote that if we [b]do[/b] do this again, we password the dropbox and call dibs on region slots piece by piece.
