So is there any other DLC than missing link planned by the devs ?
I am under the impression that they were planning on releasing DLC for the game...
Speaking of rule 34, where is it? This thread isn't living up to it's name.
DirectX 10 renderer and Shifter.
As far as I can tell, DX10 does jack shit. I suggest BioMod and New Vision.
Is the Missing Link worth $15 or should I wait for the next time it is on sale?
Is the Missing Link worth $15 or should I wait for the next time it is on sale?
I'd wait for it to go on sale again. It's good but doesn't really add much to the story or gameplay. It's a little short too.
I disagree, it adds to the gameplay by putting you in scenarios that can't be found in the main game. As for the price, it slightly deserves it, but I'm sure if you wait it'll be on sale.
I feel like I'm playing this game wrong when I fail at sneaking every time and end up handling all enemy encounters by just running in guns blazing.
I feel like I'm playing this game wrong when I fail at sneaking every time and end up handling all enemy encounters by just running in guns blazing.
See, the beauty of a game like Deus Ex is that the only wrong path is the one that kills you. So unless you're some kind of singularity of shitiness and you suck at first person shooters, stealth, hacking, and generally being competent, you're still playing the game the way it was meant to be played.

Um guys I've finished every Deus Ex (yes, even Invisible War), what to do?
Um guys I've finished every Deus Ex (yes, even Invisible War), what to do?
Replay them underwater
Um guys I've finished every Deus Ex (yes, even Invisible War), what to do?
Get all the endings in all the games, and yes, you have to start all over for each of them to count, can't just reload a save, that would be cheating. Also, you must not be seen by any enemies or kill anyone on any of the playthrough's, and you may not use any augmentations. Good luck!

Yellowness is fixed by turning down post-processing and adding ENB, so I guess this one will be kinda easy. Will try to try later.

So I'm playing Human Revolution and one of my augs won't turn on. Is this because I [sp]didn't get the new biochip? Because of the glitches?[/sp]
So I'm playing Human Revolution and one of my augs won't turn on. Is this because I [sp]didn't get the new biochip? Because of the glitches?[/sp]
Which aug is it? All are passive apart from 4 (Cloaking, Run Silent, Typhoon & Vision Enchancement).
Which aug is it? All are passive apart from 4 (Cloaking, Run Silent, Typhoon & Vision Enchancement).
Right, should have said that. The see through walls one, Vision Enhancement. My cloak works fine though. Don't have the other 2.

[editline]23rd February 2012[/editline] Atleast, when not in the Hive or [sp]Central core room[/sp] anyways.
Right, should have said that. The see through walls one, Vision Enhancement. My cloak works fine though. Don't have the other 2.
That's a strange bug. [sp]NOT getting the biochip doesn't affect anything up until later at one single point.[/sp]
Right, should have said that. The see through walls one, Vision Enhancement. My cloak works fine though. Don't have the other 2.
I had that issue, just restart the game or load an earlier save.
Picked this up a few weeks ago for £15 with the limited edition extras. Never found the grenade launcher at all, and the extra mission was kind of awful (but at least it was seamless for the story). Amazing to play, even on a console the controls felt right, it was smooth, looked great, sounded great and was satisfying to play. I was origionally trying to do a pacifist run, or at least just avoid killing in general if I could. That kind of went tits up around the time [sp]the helicopter thing is shot down, I actually felt slightly angry, and sad about the way that went[/sp]. I kind of got destroyed in the middle two boss fights because I hadn't focused on combat augs as much, [sp]and I took that fucking chip upgrade even though I knew what it would do[/sp]. Is the Missing Link DLC worth the money would you say?
Right, should have said that. The see through walls one, Vision Enhancement. My cloak works fine though. Don't have the other 2.
I had a similar bug actually. Have you tried reloading to a recent save point? It fixed it for me.
